In most instances, our clients are mid market companies which have an established operating history including a significant customer base and annual revenues exceeding $1.0 million dollars. Although the majority of our clients are U.S. based, we also have clients located in international regions as well.
Our prior client engagements include private placements for a voice applications networking company, a long distance telecommunications carrier serving the Latino market, an electronic media creation and distribution company, an enterprise privacy management software provider, a fixed-wireless Internet access company, a water purification company, natural gas drilling operator, insurance software platform provider, and an e-learning software company focused on legal and corporate governance vertical markets. Mergers and acquisition advisory assignments include the asset sale of a network security company which provides an application firewall, content-aware switching platform.
Internet Securities® provides investment advice and online brokerage services to an expanding number of individuals and organizations that each have unique investment objectives and financial profiles. The monetary size of our client’s brokerage accounts range from $500 dollars to $400,000 dollars and each client is given the same level of care and individual attention regardless of their account size.
Our investment professionals have degrees in business and finance, are FINRA/NASD securities licensed, and have significant industry experience in retail brokerage and investment advisory. Our investment professionals work closely with the Firm’s clients to develop appropriate investment portfolios suited to each client’s unique set of investment objectives and financial profile.
