Bellace was inducted into the Institutional Investor magazine All-America Research Team Hall of Fame, which honors analysts with ten or more first-place appearances on the team. A total of 14,934 analysts have appeared on the All-America Research Team, however only a very select few – 49 analysts (one third of one percent) have so dominated their domains that they achieved being named the top analyst in their respective industry sector at least 10 times. Joseph Bellace, renown Merrill Lynch equity analysts was ranked number one in Telecommunications Equipment for 11 years by Institutional Investor magazine and the institutional investor community. Michael Beardsley, Founder of Internet Securities has the honor of having worked directly for Joseph Bellace for four years at Merrill Lynch in New York City.

Michael Beardsley, Founder of Internet Securities participated on a panel discussing Secondary Markets and Exchanges for privately held companies. The Keiretsu Forum hosted this event as part of its Keiretsu Forum Academy series at Reed Smith law firm, 101 Second Street, San Francisco, CA 94105 . The Keiretsu Forum Academy event was attended by approximately 60 accredited investors and members of the Keiretsu Forum, one of the largest angel investor networks in the world.

May 5
Michael Beardsley, CEO, was a judge, for 'Pitch Night' at the Technovation Challenge to evaluate 10 teams each consisting of female youth. Each team developed a mobile phone application prototype using the Google App Inventor for Android. The event was held at the Google San Francisco campus from 6:00pm - 9:00 pm and was attended by about 100 people. The Technovation Challenge is a program of Iridescent, a 501(c)(3) non-profit which provides science and technology education for underserved and underrepresented youth.
